Lead lands → SMS fires in 60 sec → you call within 5 min → consult booked. We watch the data. Week 1 = proof. Week 4 = optimized. Month 2 = consistent flow.

The first 7 days of any new campaign are proof of concept, not peak performance. Meta's algorithm hasn't learned your audience yet. CPL is at its highest.
